Gulf Coast Music Therapy is a private practice providing Music Therapy services to the Bradenton and Sarasota areas of Florida.  We are located on State Road 64, less than 2 miles from I75.  GCMT has been serving the community since 2006 in the areas of Music Therapy and adapted music education.

What is Music Therapy?   At GCMT, we use live, patient preferred music interventions in a therapeutic environment to achieve clinical goals.  Music Therapy sessions are led by a credentialed professional who has completed an approved music therapy program. Practicing Music Therapists are certified by the Certification Board for Music Therapists.

Gulf Coast Music Therapy, Inc. provides Music Therapy services with the purpose of enriching lives through the power of music in Sarasota and Manatee Counties.  We strive to provide the most current and effective clinical implementation of therapeutic practice  to meet the individual needs of each client.  We use music and all its facets to teach and reinforce musical and non-musical goals.  We value a nurturing and positive therapeutic environment and endeavor to create an enjoyable atmosphere for learning!
